Traditional Octopus

  • 600g octopus
  • 9 small potatoes 
  • 3 small onions
  • green bean
  • 3 garlic heads
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt q.b.

Preparation Method

Turn on the oven at very hot temperature, wash the octopus and take to bake in pressure cooker with onion until stay soft. Bake the potatoes with skin. Once the octopus is cooked put it in a pan, add the potatoes and give them a punch to open slightly. Add the garlic and drizzle with olive oil, bake to brown. Accompany with cooked green beans.
