Grilled Squid

  • 1 kg squid
  • 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste
  • Salt q.b.

Preparation Method

Season the squid with pasta pepper and let stand half an hour. Put the squid in a grid over the coals, until golden brown (do not let too much time on the grill, not to become stiff or dried). Put the squid in a dish, season with olive oil, and accompany with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
