Mackerel Nuggets

  • 3 mackerel 
  • 2 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • 100ml mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper q.b.
  • beaten egg, flour and breadcrumbs

Preparation Method

Clean the mackerels and prepare the fillets, cut each fillet into 8 piaces and season them with lemon juice, juice of a lime, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Then move the pieces of mackerel for flour, for beaten egg and breadcrumbs and take them to fry in oil until fish sticks.
Add the mayonnaise, the buds of another broken file and a teaspoon of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Serve nuggets with rice and flavored mayonnaise.
